Because every tee is made just for you, we’re not able to accept general returns or exchanges.

At Shirt Happens Tees, all of our products are custom printed on-demand once your order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste and focus on what matters most—quality, purpose, and giving back.

What We Don't Accept:

• Returns due to size, color preference, or change of heart

• Exchanges for a different item or design

Please check our size chart carefully before ordering—we want you to love your tee the moment it arrives!

 

What We Do Accept:

We will gladly replace or refund your item if:

• It arrives damaged or defective

• There was an error in your order (wrong size, design, or item received)

How to Request a Replacement or Refund:

Please email us at donna@shirthappenstees.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

• A brief description of the problem

We’ll get things sorted fast.
